About Town Square
Town Square is a master-planned community by Nshama, covering more than 880 acres off Al Qudra Road. Construction began in March 2015 and the build-out is planned over about a decade, with townhouses, apartments, parks and a planned town centre.
Open space is the main draw: the 50,000 sqm Central Park, Town Square Park with a splash pad and rides (free entry), 13 km of cycling routes and a 10 km running track. Transport is limited, with resident shuttles rather than metro, and Downtown and the airport are about 30 minutes away.
