Palm Jumeirah
Jumeirah Village CircleDubai Creek Harbour is a joint development by Emaar and Dubai Holding covering about six square kilometres and planned for more than 30,000 homes. It sits beside the historic Dubai Creek and the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, roughly 8 km from Downtown Dubai and 7 km from the airport.
The masterplan is organised around a marina and a 4.5 km waterfront promenade, with residential towers facing the Downtown skyline across the water. The district is still being delivered, with the first phases already handed over and further towers under construction.
