About Dubai Hills Estate

Dubai Hills Estate is a 50/50 joint venture between Emaar and Meraas, announced in 2013 and spread over roughly 2,700 acres as the first phase of Mohammed Bin Rashid City. The masterplan centres on a golf course and a large central park, with villas, townhouses and apartments arranged around green space.

Dubai Hills Mall opened in February 2022 with more than 650 outlets, and the 18-hole Dubai Hills Golf Club was designed by European Golf Design. Downtown Dubai is about 15 minutes away and Mall of the Emirates about 10, which makes it popular with families who want space without leaving the city.
