About Jumeirah Village Circle
Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) is a Nakheel community launched in 2005. Its ten districts and the Circle Villas are arranged around Central Park, with a mix of low-rise apartments, townhouses and a growing number of mid-rise towers.
Circle Mall opened in April 2021, with more than 80 shops, and the neighbourhood has over 30 parks and 27 schools within roughly 5 km. There is no metro inside JVC (the nearest station is around 10 minutes away), but its central location puts Downtown about 20–22 minutes away.
