Downtown Dubai
Dubai MarinaBusiness Bay is a mixed-use district built around the Dubai Water Canal, planned by Dubai Properties as the commercial and residential extension of Downtown Dubai. Its masterplan covers roughly 4.6 million square metres and blends office towers, serviced and branded residences, hotels and the Marasi waterfront promenade.
The appeal is simple: central location with a skyline view. Downtown Dubai is a 5–10 minute drive, DIFC around 8–12 minutes, and Dubai Marina 15–25 minutes depending on traffic. Business Bay Metro Station on the Red Line puts the rest of the city within reach without a car.
